Cadet Senior Non-commissioned Officer Course 1/2018

The 2018 Annual 1st Cadet Senior Non-commissioned Officer Course organized by the Central Training Team was successfully completed on July 8. The course consisted of 20 potential cadets from different squadrons. The best students is Cadet Corporal CHAN Kin-fung, B squadron. He attained 82 marks out of 100 during the assessment.
The course mainly focus on reviewing and assessing students' knowledge and skills, such as drill, radio communication, map reading, field crafts, camping, first aid and others. The Central Training Team also introduced a case scenario session to assess the students' resiliency and leadership skills in emergent situations, which has greatly increased the interest of this course.

WO2 LEE Chung-ching, The Sergeant Major of the course, said that it is a pleasure to see all candidates passed in the assessments, so as to laydown a good foundation for becoming a senior NCO in the future.
