Training Service Booking


Application Notes

  1. Please read carefully the Terms and Conditions and the Rules and Regulations listed on page two on this application form.
  2. Booking confirmation upon payment of 30% of total charges; balance payment not less than 1 week before event period.
  3. We accept application from school or organization only. Personal or temporary application are not accepted. If you are a registered charity, please attach the letter from the Revenue Department for approval.
  4. The applicant must be above the age of 18; while the participants must be above the age of 8.
  5. Minimum number of participants is 30. Even if the number of participant is less, 30 participants will be charged.
  6. At least one training services provided by us must be purchased for a 2-day1-night stay; two for a 3-day-2-night stay, so on so forth.
  7. Please mail the completed application form to “High Island Training Camp, Sai Kung Man Yee Road, Sai Kung, New Territories”; or email to achq@hkac.org ; or fax to 2792 8510. Enquiry please call 2792 6486.
  8. If you cancel the booking after our confirmation, an administrative fee will be charged (10% of the total fee).
  9. Please pay by cheque or bank-in. Please make the cheque payable to “Hong Kong Adventure Corps”. HSBC account: 162-130363-001
  10. Please provide the participant name list and the training programme two weeks before the training.
