【Application Notes】
- Please read carefully the Terms and Conditions and the Rules and Regulations listed on page two on this application form.
- Booking confirmation upon payment of 30% of total charges; balance payment not less than 1 week before event period.
- We accept application from school or organisation only. Personal or temporary application are not accepted. If you are a registered charity, please attach the letter from the Revenue Department for approval.
- The applicant must be above the age of 18; while the participants must be above the age of 8.
- Minimum number of participants is 30. Even if the number of participant is less, 30 participants will be charged.
- At least one training services provided by us must be purchased for a 2-day1-night stay; two for a 3-day-2-night stay, so on so forth.
- Please mail the completed application form to “High Island Training Camp, Sai Kung Man Yee Road, Sai Kung, New Territories”; or email to achq@hkac.org ; or fax to 2792 8510. Enquiry please call 2792 6486.
- If you cancel the booking after our confirmation, an administrative fee will be charged (10% of the total fee).
- Please pay by cheque or bank-in. Please make the cheque payable to “Hong Kong Adventure Corps”. HSBC account: 162-130363-001
- Please provide the participant name list and the training programme two weeks before the training.
