HK$150.0/person/weekend; the fee is to be collected at each weekend training.

( Transportation, meal and admin fee included, non-refundable. )

Remarks

1.

Fees and places of enrolled participants is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

2.

Course students should at all times wear proper uniform, and participate with 100%

attendance, failure to do so will result in suspension from taking class(es).

(Course students should NOT enrol/take part in more than 1 training course at the

 same time, otherwise the training hours will not be recorded.)

3.

The course will be cancelled if enrolment is insufficient (less than 8 persons).

4.

The Hong Kong Adventure Corps Certificate of Achievement – Officer Cadet Training

Course or Officer Familiarization Course will be awarded upon completion of course

requirement.

5.

Joining instruction will be issued to nominees upon acceptance.

6.

Related supporting document (e.g. certificate, qualification or recommendation letter)

is required with Officer Familiarization Course (OFC 2021-01) nominations.

7.

Entrant criteria for Officer Cadet Training Course (OCTC 2021-01) and Officer 

Familiarization Course (OFC 2021-01) can be referred to HKAC “Entrant Requirement,

Promotion Criteria and Procedure for Officer, Instructor and Cadet”, which can be

downloaded from HKAC Website ( http://hkac.org/ ) – Member’s Area.

8.

In order to encourage and promote an eco-friendly perspective within Corps, training

materials (e.g. handouts) will be distributed in electronic format. Other course related

expenses will be shared by course students.

9.

Class arrangement is subject to change depending on the latest situation of the

epidemic and the suspension of training. Details of the latest arrangement are available

at HKAC website ( http://hkac.org/ ).

10.

^#3 Course candidate(s) should report to rendezvous point on time, there will be NO

waiting for late-comers.
