Examination will be provided in the same day, Hong Kong Canoe Union Kayak- Three Star

Award certificate will be issued upon completion and passing in requested test.

Hong Kong Schools Sailing Association (HKSSA)

(Main Dam, Plover Cove Reservoir, Tai Mei Tuk, Tai Po)

1. Adult instructors (except Potential Instructor), or

2. Cadets (Aged 12 or above by date of event), and

3. Able to swim 50 metres without the aid of life jacket or other buoyancy,

4. Holder of Hong Kong Canoe Union Kayak- Two Star Award certificate, or Junior Kayak

    Sea Lion Award certificate.

Civilian

Corps T-shirt or Squadron T-shirt(Cadets), HKAC Polo shirt (Instructor) , trousers and sport

shoes. Prepare swimming wear for substitution, refer to the remarks)

Self-arranged, assemble at course venue

1700 hours, 30^th July, 2021 (Friday)

Fees and places of enrolled participants is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Participants should prepare personal gear, e.g. water bottle, sun screen and suitable wearing

(including long sleeve shirt and a pair of water sports shoes that covers toes and heels).

Hong Kong Canoe Union – Kayak- Three Star Certificate will be awarded upon satisfactory

completion of the course and assessment.

Health Declaration Form will be collected on the first day of training (for members aged

under 18, the form should be countersigned by parents or guardians), failure to provide

complete Health Declaration Form can result in prohibition of training.

Class arrangement is subject to change depending on the latest situation of the epidemic and

the suspension of training. Details of the latest arrangement are available at

HKAC website ( http://hkac.org/ ).

Cadet handbook is required when attending training course (Cadets only).

HKCU logbook with Two Star Award Certificate or Sea Lion Award certificate is needed

On the day of training for verification.

Except for the applicants who also applied for the Kayak Two Star Award Training Course

Kayak-2 Star 2021-01 or 2021-02, attachment of kayak certificate (Kayak Two Star award or

Kayak Sea Lion Award certificate) is required when submitting nomination.

Squadrons and units are welcome to contact Project Officer (Training) for organizing

squadron-based / unit-based Kayak training course.

This course is eligible for the HKAYP Bronze Award or Silver Award Skill Section activity,
