General Instruction on Epidemic Prevention and Control

15-02-2022

In view of the severe epidemic situation, the Hong Kong Adventure Corps will continue to suspend all physical training activities in according with the guidance of the Education Bureau.

With immediate effect (15/2), the HKAC Corps HQ will try its best to arrange suitable on-line training program to be taught to all instructor and senior cadets. Besides, to avoid alienation between Instructors and Cadets due to the suspension of physical training, each Squadron OCs / Formation Heads are required to arrange, on fortnightly basis, at least one session consisting of 1-2 hours of on-line training to their members. CHQ will render technical support to facilitate such on-line training to a maximum of 200 participants on each session which will be sufficient to meet the actual needs of each Squadron.  In addition, Squadron OCs are most welcome to use such facilities provided by CHQ to conduct Zoom Meeting amongst their Instructors.

Furthermore, all on-line teaching program conducted should be reported to CHQ via their Monthly Unit Report.

Finally, I take this opportunity to wish you all a happy New Year and Good Health.

Lt Col Patrick KH CHAN PMSM

Deputy Commandant (Ops & Trg)
