Challenge Course (High Event) Technical Certificate Course 1/2020

Adventure Training Committee is holding a Challenge Course (High Event) Technical Certificate Course in November, 2020. This technical certificate course belongs to the entry level of the High Event Challenge Course series (please refer to Challenge Course Association of Hong Kong, China official website for complete hierarchy of training), and detail as follows:

Date and time

：

14th November, 2020 (Saturday) 0900 to 1630, and

22nd November, 2020 (Sunday) 0900 to 1230 (2 days).

 

 

Examination

：

22nd November, 2020 (Sunday) 1330 to 1630.

Venue

：

Hong Kong Adventure Corps High Island Training Camp

Sai Kung Man Yee Road, Sai Kung

 

 

Target

：

Cadets(Cadet corporal or above), and

Adult instructors

 

 

Uniform

：

Field Dress

( Beret, Jungle hat, DPM shirt, Olive green trousers(Cadet)/DPM trousers(Instructor),

 Green nylon belt, Black sock and Boots )

Course fee

：

Cadet – HK$184.00/person

Instructor – (Subsidized by CHQ)

(Transportation and meal(s) are included; According to the minutes of Commandant’s meeting

on 7th October 2020, expenses generated in relation with HITC will be subsidized by CHQ as

an encouragement for our corps’ instructor members.)

0755 at Temple Mall North L1 drop off / pick up area

Embus(PM)

1650 depart from HITC and back to MTR Choi Hung Station

 

 

Deadline

：

1700, 2nd November 2020 (Monday).

Remarks

：

 

 

1.

Nominees with information provided in the “Call for expression of interest – HKAC adventure

based training” questionnaire will be considered with higher priority.

 

 

 

2.

Prepare Corps T-shirt / Squadron T-shirt for substitution.

 

3.

The Hong Kong Adventure Corps certificate of competence - Challenge Course (High Event) Technical

Certificate Course will be provided upon completion of course requirement and examination.

Certificate holder can assists in Challenge Course (High Event) training with the presence of

associated instructor or above personnel.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4.

Upon course completion, candidate who meets the requirement(s) from Challenge Course

Association of Hong Kong, China(CCAHK) can apply for related certificate. Extra charge of HK$50.0

per copy will be collected by course instructor based on actual demand.
