The Amateur Radio Station License Examination Workshop

The Corps, in collaborate with the Hong Kong Amateur Radio Transmitting Society (HARTS), will organize ‘The Amateur Radio Station License Examination Workshop’ (Course no. 1/2019) with the following details:
Date & Time: from 1 July to the end of August 2019, 7pm-9pm (every Monday)
Venue: Wai Kiu College
Fee: HK$800 (including one year membership of HARTS)
Target group: Cadets and instructors
According to the ordinance of Hong Kong, any person possess or use of any apparatus for radiocommunications without a valid licence shall be guilty of an offence. For those who passed the Hong Kong Radio Amateur’s Examination and obtained the Hong Kong Amateur Station Licence, the license holders can own or operate the radio station to communicate with other station around the world.
