[Key note (bad weather arrangements)]
Please pay attention to the bad weather arrangements:
If the Observatory issues a thunderstorm warning or any rainstorm warning and typhoon signal between 6 am and 8 am, the event will be postponed until next Sunday (August 19).
The corps headquarters will announce to the various units through the whatsapp group 團總部資訊 at about 6 o'clock tomorrow morning (12/8) whether or not the flag-raising ceremony will continue.
