To celebrate the 74th Anniversary of the Establishment of National Day , a Flag Raising Ceremony (the Ceremony) is scheduled to be held on 30th September 2023. You are cordially invited to attend the Ceremony, the details are as follows:
Date: Saturday, 30th September 2023
Assembly time and location:
(a) Shuttle Bus
Time: 0830 hours
Location: Exit D, Kowloon Tong MTR Station (near Yew Chung International School – Secondary Section)
(b) Self driving
Time: 0915 hours
Location: Pak Tam Chung Barrier
Ceremony: 0945 hours to 1010 hours
Dismiss: 1200 hours
Venue: High Island Training Camp (Sai Kung Man Yee Road, Sai Kung, N.T.)
Participant:
Board Members of the Hong Kong Adventure Corps
Directors of the RHKR(V)A Clubhouse
Corps Headquarters Members, Unit OCs, 2ICs and SSMs and Honorary Officers of the Hong Kong Adventure Corps
Uniform:
Instructor – General Duty Dress
Board Member & Honorary Officer –Dark suit with Corps Tie
Honorary Officer–Dark suit
Tea reception will be arranged after the ceremony
Registration: Please complete the e-form before 2300 hours / 15th September 2023
Remark:
a. Should a thunderstorm warning, a red/black rainstorm warning or a Typhoon signal No. 3 or above be in force from 0600 hours until 0700 hours, the ceremony shall be cancelled that day.
b. Minimize the carrying of personal belongings
