TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

This is to announce that the Board of Directors of the Hong Kong Adventure Corps (HKAC) has appointed Colonel KWONG Chi-keung, Ricky as the Commandant of the HKAC with effect from 1st January 2026 to succeed Colonel Matthew WONG Wai-man ED who will retire with effect from the same date.

In addition, the Board has appointed Lieutenant Colonel MA Ka lok, Simon as the Deputy Commandant (Operations and Training) with effect from 1st January 2026 , and Lieutenant Colonel CHAN Keung kai, Patrick as the Chief Staff Officer, with effect from 1st December 2025.
