Golden Bauhinia flag-raising ceremony scheduled to bad weather

As the Observatory extended the thunderstorm warning to 0845 this morning, the headquarters announced that the flag-raising ceremony was officially cancelled this morning.
Members of the delegation do not need to go to the Golden Bauhinia Square.
