External Training Services/Camp Booking
All camp users must comply with the camp rules and safety guidelines to prevent danger. Any violations will result in our organization reserving the right to pursue action.
Application Instructions
Please read the "Terms and Conditions" and "Training and Camp Rules" carefully.
Application Requirements: A deposit of 30% of the total fee must be paid for confirmation, and the remaining balance must be paid one week before the training period, otherwise it will be considered as an automatic forfeiture.
Applications are only accepted in the name of organizations or groups; individual or temporary applications will not be accepted. If applying as a charity organization, please attach a letter of proof from the Inland Revenue Department.
Applicants must be 18 years or older; training participants must be 8 years or older.
The minimum number of participants is 30; if the number is insufficient, charges will still be calculated based on 30 participants.
If the application period exceeds one day (e.g., two days and one night), at least one paid training service provided by our organization must be selected.
After completing the "Training Service Application Form," please send it to the High Island Training Camp, Sai Kung Man Yee Road, Sai Kung, New Territories; or fax it to 2792 8510; or email campbook@hkac.org to High Island Training Camp. For inquiries, please call 2792 6486.
If the applicant cancels the training camp after our organization confirms the application, we reserve the right to charge 10% of the total fee as an administrative fee.
Please make payments by check or bank deposit. Checks should be made payable to 'Hong Kong Adventure Corps'; HSBC account: 162-130363-001
Please submit the participant list and training program two weeks before the camp.
