Vacancies: Training Officer / Project Officer (Admin) / Project Assistant
The Hong Kong Adventure Corps is a youth uniformed group dedicated to providing young people with training in discipline, outdoor adventure, and leadership development. It operates as a registered non-profit organisation and receives annual funding support from the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau to cover operational expenses.
We are currently inviting applications for the following positions from suitably qualified candidates:
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for or assisting in the planning of various training programmes and headquarters administrative tasks
- Providing administrative and other necessary support for assigned projects
Requirements
Applicants should hold a recognised associate degree or equivalent qualification, possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, and be proficient in common computer software applications.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in youth uniformed groups or adventure training, and those holding a valid driving licence.
Applicants for the Project Officer (Admin) role with accounting experience will be given priority.
Candidates without the stated academic qualifications but with relevant work experience may also be considered.
Terms of Employment
- Five-and-a-half-day work week
- Required to work on public holidays and on shift when necessary
